Class teachers take the daily register in seconds, subject teachers mark their own classes, and ZKTeco or Time Guard fingerprint / face machines send punches the moment they happen. Guardians get arrival, departure and absent SMS.

Registers

  • Daily register per class: present, absent, late and leave, with “All present” and “All absent” shortcuts
  • Subject-wise attendance taken by each subject teacher, separate from the daily register
  • Monthly attendance grid per class and per subject with totals and percentage (below 75% shown in red), printable
  • Teachers see their own attendance; admins see every teacher’s day, a monthly grid and a monthly summary

Attendance machines

  • ZKTeco (ADMS cloud or local SDK) and Time Guard (WebSocket) machines — punches arrive in real time
  • Shift plans: in / out time, grace minutes, days off, and automatic “mark absent at” time
  • Finger IDs for students and teachers, enrolled users per machine, full punch log with CSV export and “rebuild attendance”
  • A status marked by hand is kept even if a punch comes later

Guardians stay informed

  • Arrival and departure SMS when a student punches (switchable per student, and by the student in the portal)
  • Absent alert SMS when today’s register marks a student absent
